I had the previous posted for about 15 minutes when I realized that I did not put in it that I am not offended by someone who has not been convicted that drinking is a sin and I do not judge someone's relationship with Christ by this. I believe that if we have a personal relationship with our Father then we also have seperate timelines and are dealt with seperately about different actions. No timeline is better or worse. In my life I have been shown that it would be a sin for me to drink alcohol knowingly.
I think what moved me the most to post this blog is all of the instances where our rights as Christians are riduculed and stepped on. So many people think that not drinking is a Baptist thing. I think it is a God thing. I do not think SBC leaders should promote the drinking of alcoholic beverages.
